How we produce your Curvy Bottom Wear:
All our leggings/apparel are created On Demand and Cut and Sewed by hand! This means, once you order a pair (or more) the printing process starts.
We use the best printers in the bizz to ensure you a great end product. Now... we can tell you all about how we print and what our process is, but it would be far easier to show you. This is why we created the video below of one of our production facilities:
Keep in mind that we order on demand. Therefor we take about 4-7 business days to create our Leggings. Then you should add shipping times on top of that.
97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 4 business days or less. Basically we do everything to get you your order in a timely fashion.
How long shipping takes really depends on where you are from. To make it easy for you we created this simple table to help you estimate:

We think quality should speak for itself. Therefor we only charge shipping on one off orders. Basically this means that For everything you order above 100$ on Curvy Bottom, shipping is on us!

Where our items are made:
It depends on your country of residence. We have 2 factories. One in the USA and one in Europe. Where it's made, depends on what factory is closest to you. This way you can be certain your item is at your doorstep the fastest way possible :)
SHIPPING AND HANDLING QUESTIONS

Mostly all our orders are shipped and delivered within 10 business days.
Everything you order above $100 on Curvy Bottom, is free of charge. If you order for less, then it costs as little as $5 worldwide.
Once you place an order with us, and we initiate its shipping, then you get an email notification with tracking code. You can use that code to track your order on our Track Your Order page.
Well, we are extremely sorry to hear that, but that's something that is not in our control. This fee is not used to benefit our company, but due to government rules, there may be a customs fee that applies to your international order.
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- you do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing)
- you receive the wrong item
- you do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused), custom products are excluded.
We do not issue the refund if:
- your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
- your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
